ph896 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by ph896 may result in suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) ph896 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ph896 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and to void any winnings, bonuses, or balances accrued through duplicate registrations.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. ph896 relies on this information for KYC compliance, payment processing, and security monitoring. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 KYC Verification. ph896 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering compliance requirements. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport) and a recent selfie for identity confirmation. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph896 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ph896 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify ph896 support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3.5 Account Currency. ph896 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagering amounts are displayed and processed in Philippine Peso unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4.1 Accepted Methods. ph896 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online Banking, InstaPay, and major credit cards. 4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20 per transaction unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion. ph896 does not impose maximum deposit limits as a general policy, but specific payment providers may apply transaction limits.

4.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods that you are not the authorized holder of is strictly prohibited. ph896 reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposited funds and to freeze accounts pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

4.4 Deposit Fees. ph896 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider (such as GCash or PayMaya), or card issuer may impose their own transaction charges, for which ph896 bears no responsibility.

4.5 Failed Deposits. ph896 is not responsible for any deposit that fails to credit your account due to technical issues with third-party payment processors. If a deposit amount is debited from your payment source but does not appear in your ph896 balance within 30 minutes, you should contact ph896 customer support with relevant proof of transaction.

5.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be processed once your ph896 account has completed the full KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests made by unverified accounts will be queued and not processed until verification is complete.

5.2 Processing Times. ph896 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within minutes for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Withdrawals to bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day. ph896 does not guarantee processing times during periods of high volume, public holidays, or when additional security reviews are required.

5.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for deposits, up to the amount originally deposited via that method. ph896 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual patterns of play are detected.

5.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements. Funds credited as bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

5.5 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ph896 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts and to close dormant accounts after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity, following reasonable attempts to contact the account holder.

6.1 General. ph896 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. The availability, terms, and duration of any promotion may change at ph896's discretion and without advance notice.

6.2 One Bonus Per Player. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once. ph896 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or reclaim any bonus where it determines that a Player has attempted to claim a promotion multiple times or has exploited promotional mechanics in bad faith.

6.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering required," all bonuses awarded by ph896 are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus funds become withdrawable. Specific wagering multiples, eligible game contributions, and time limits will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. ph896 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to permanently close accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk bets that exploit bonus terms; collusion with other Players to abuse promotional conditions; or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.

7.1 RNG Certification. All ph896 casino games, bingo, and slot titles that use automated outcomes employ independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are generated randomly and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by ph896 or any Player.

7.3 Game Malfunctions. 7.5 Collusion and Cheating. Any attempt to cheat, collude with other Players or dealers, use software tools to gain an unfair advantage, or exploit known software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. ph896 actively monitors game activity and will permanently close accounts and forfeit balances where cheating or collusion is detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph896 Platform:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Opening or operating more than one ph896 account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any ph896 software.
• Transmitting any malicious code, virus, or disruptive software through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph896 staff, support personnel, or other Players.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform, whether or not those exploits generate a financial benefit.

ph896 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is detected, and to report such conduct to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

9.1 Player Protection Tools. ph896 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members, accessible from the Account Settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a threshold beyond which no further bets can be placed in a defined time period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any ph896 content without prior written authorization from ph896.

The ph896 name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are proprietary to ph896. Unauthorized use of ph896 trademarks, including for the purpose of creating confusion in the marketplace or falsely suggesting affiliation with ph896, is strictly prohibited.

ph896 complies with applicable Philippine data privacy requirements under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) in its handling of Players' personal information. ph896 does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with authorized third-party payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.

12.1 ph896 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ph896 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates reliably and without interruption, ph896 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content therein.

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph896 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the ph896 Platform — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm.

12.3 ph896's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph896's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by ph896's negligence, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful under Philippine law.

ph896 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation upon request;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment dispute;
• Detection of multiple accounts operated by the same individual;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ph896 staff or other Players;
• Regulatory direction or legal requirement.

Upon termination for cause, ph896 may forfeit any bonus balances and, in cases of confirmed fraud or illegal activity, may also withhold any remaining real-money balance pending investigation and recovery of losses caused to ph896 or third parties.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ph896 account may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to a verified withdrawal method following the completion of any outstanding wagering or investigation requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph896 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where disputes relate to the conduct of games or application of these Terms, ph896's determination shall be final unless a factual error can be demonstrated.

When material changes are made, ph896 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify active Players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ph896 Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish to close your account, contact ph896 customer support.
